I am the Wilton Instructor at Michael’s Art and Crafts in Plattsburgh, NY. Cake Decorating Classes are offered every Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 6pm – 8pm. Course 1, Course 2, Course 3 and the Fondant/Gumpaste courses are all offered. Wilton has specials on the classes, 40% to 50% off running each month thru the remainder of the year.
